Winona-Ryder
Winona Ryder is the professionally-known name of Winona Laura Hoowitz. She was born within Winona Minnesota. The parents of her daughter named her on her home town. Both her father Michel Horowitz, and mother Cynthia Palmer are authors and editors. Ryder's dad was born into the Jewish family. Ryder considers her self Jewish. The actress is the youngest sister of Uria and also has half-siblings Jubal and Sunyata. At the age of seven, Ryder was seven, her family relocated from Mendocino County, California. Mendocino County California. There they didn't have electricity. Ryder was a voracious reader who spent all of her time reading books as she was not able to watch TV. Ryder started taking classes in acting in the American Conservatory Theatre in 1983 aged 13 years old. The actress landed her first part on the large screen in 1986 after she turned 15 years older. Ryder was bullied in high school. Her professional acting, she believed to help, could have helped her. But, unfortunately, that didn't happen. However, she remained committed to her goals. She got her break with Tim Burton's Beetlejuice in 1988. Ryder performed in a number of roles that were successful for numerous films. She was nominated for two Academy Awards one for her part on The Age of Innocence (1993).
